There is no room for error in our inspection reports, our clients are relying on the information given in a very professional like narrative type inspection report to determine if a property will suit their needs, and what repairs, upgrades, or safety concerns are present.
Marketing to commercial real estate agents requires an inspector too prove his ability to provide all the necessary contractors who will conduct the property condition survey and provide their assessment of the system or component their inspecting.
The scope of work must be understood by all who are involved in the real estate transaction, and outlined in a proposal stating what will be inspected and what will not be inspected. Each buyer has different expectations so it is pertinent this is understood in writing before the inspection begins.
