Some good information here. Trying to obtain some information on steam boilers. Both boilers I just inspected where 40 plus years old. Coates Electric was one of them. From what I'm finding per my research Coates does not make commercial steam boilers anymore?

Per that chart with cast iron piping they estimate 30-35 years life expectancy? So a 40 plus year old boiler is at or past its expected useful life span. I could only imagine trying to find parts for it? Cost for said parts if you find them?
