Oh I'm well aware of the maintenance and heat/ac .... Maintenance wouldn't start until I take care of soffits, install a kitchen on the first fl., plumbing repairs, replace rotted trim for the whole exterior ....should take a year or three lol

We will let it sit another 2-3 months and put in another offer if noone jumps on it. ;)

.... Price is coming down slowly This sucker is still in the running..... mainly because my Empress still wants it ....yet another yes dear moment that will equate to years or pain for me. :unsure:
