Bill Warner– BC Warner Inspections & Thermal Imaging Services has been inspecting commercial and residential buildings for over 15 years. Current clients include independent companies, and national and local construction and engineering firms such as: BDHP Architecture, A.M. Kinney Engineering Inc., Toyota Engineering, HGC Construction, Onix Inc., HKS Construction, CareSource, Superior Hardwoods of Ohio, Ferguson Perforating, Garber Electric, Geotechnical Consultants Inc., Nations Roof, Superior Auto Group, and (Rob) Dyrdek Group Inc. These clients and a host of others consider my services as detailed, thorough, and accurate, and provide them with the detailed information vital to their inspection needs.
Specialized inspection qualifications include Level I and Level II Infrared thermography training for quantitative and qualitative thermal imaging inspections, as well as construction materials testing for ATEC Associates. Bill has been involved with a host of commercial, residential, and thermal imaging inspection services. Some of the larger recent projects include buildings such as the CareSource national headquarters building in Dayton, Potter-Stuart Federal Courthouse building in Cincinnati, and the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center.
