Infrared Thermography is an excellent non-Destructive method to utilize for many location and diagnostic needs for both electric and fluid filled systems. Car washes utilize in-floor heating to extend their washing season in colder climate areas. Many other facilities utilize in-ground systems for walks and driveways to reduce potential ice hazards and assist with snow removal.

Above is an image from a recent job where the clients were intending to install an automotive hydraulic lift and wisely decided to have the floor scanned before drilling the mounting locations. They were very thankful they did, as they had to reconfigure/relocate the setup 6″ from original plans in order to clear the concrete encased heating lines.
